Your questions [our answers.] Y o u r q u e s t i o n s o u r a n s w e r s .

I’ve never done Pilates. Where should I start?

No experience is necessary. The Mini Reformer is designed for beginners, the resistance is adjustable, and a user guide is included, so don’t panic!

Does it take up a lot of space in my home?

Unfolded, it measures 106 x 41 cm, no larger than a yoga mat. Folded, it can be stored under a bed or in a closet in just a few seconds.

How long before seeing results?

Every practitioner is different, and experiences vary depending on how regularly you attend sessions, your starting level, and your lifestyle.

What we can say is that Pilates is a progressive practice that improves over time.

The key is to practice regularly and at your own pace.

Do you need to be flexible to get started?

No. Pilates actually improves flexibility gradually. You start where you are—that’s what it’s designed for.

Is it suitable after pregnancy?

Yes. Pilates is a gentle, gradual practice, particularly appreciated after pregnancy.

It gently engages the deep muscles and is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

However, we recommend consulting your doctor or midwife before resuming any physical activity after giving birth.

What’s the difference compared with a €2,000 studio reformer?

Professional reformers are designed for intensive use several hours a day in a studio.

The Mini Pilates Studio Reformer is optimized for personal practice at home: compact, quiet, and foldable in 3 seconds, designed to fit easily into your daily routine.

Can I use it if I have back pain?

Pilates is a gentle practice that engages the deep muscles of the back and promotes better spinal alignment.

If you suffer from back pain, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting so the practice can be adapted to your situation.
